Hope Animal Rescue
Hope Animal Rescue has a mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned dogs in North Carolina that need help the most, while assisting members of our community in helping them to care for their dogs and keep them in their homes. To create a community where every dog has a home, and every person who wishes to provide a loving home may do so regardless of age, race, gender, or socio-economic status.
We are an all-volunteer run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We were founded in 2013 by a mother-daughter duo and since then have grown tremendously. Without a physical shelter, our dogs are in volunteer foster homes across the Triangle region. Each year we help find new homes for ~500 abandoned dogs.
Funds raised will help dogs in our care that have been pulled from shelters across North Carolina by covering some of the cost of food, behavioral training, enrichment and medical care.
