- Implementing prevention programs that eliminate single-use disposables like polystyrene foam takeout containers and plastic bags;
- Advocating for evidence-based policy change around waste reduction; and
- Raising awareness about waste reduction and encouraging reusable, compostable, and recyclable alternatives.
